     Mr. Mason is a proven leader in the Construction industry.  His 22 years of experience range from hands-on in the field, to high level management and company growth.  Rich has extensive experience in public works, Airport construction, restaurant construction, and multiple types of commercial and industrial projects.  Taking on high profile aggressive style of projects and developing business relationships that last.  Rich has the expertise to direct our efforts and maintain the aspects of what our company was built on, and the forward thinking and vision to lead us in our future. 

Vice President of Operations Rezod Companies:

     Mr. Longo  over three decades of management experience with the last 18 years being in construction.  He is experienced in all facets of construction from small to multimillion dollar projects. He has owned and managed numerous businesses over the years from Solar Energy to General Contracting, providing a wealth of experience.  His extensive of construction operations, managing people and working closely with clients has been instrumental in the success of countless projects.

 Ron Sparks - President Re-Construction Industries;

     Mr. Sparks has been involved with industrial and commercial maintenance, roofing, concrete and tenant improvement projects throughout the state of Ohio since 1969. As president, Ron oversees all construction sales, marketing, estimating and administrative functions of RCI. Ron’s professional expertise provides our customers with confidence through the thorough understanding of any and all construction or maintenance projects. Mr. Sparks is relentlessly dedicated to providing the highest quality product within budget and on time, for all customers.

 General Superintendent Rezod Compaines;

    Mr. Wettstaedt comes to us with many years of experience in the Construction Industry. He brings over 17 years of hands-on craftsmanship and project leadership.  Nick has worked on projects that range from residential, fast paced restaurants, to highly detailed commerical and industrial. His technical knowledge of construction production methods, coupled with his coordination ability is a great asset to our abilities. A strong leader and forward thinking process, is a powerful resource in our business stability and positive growth for the future. 

Nick Pribonic – Project Manager Re-Construction Industries;

     Mr. Pribonic has been involved with commercial construction and tenant improvements for over 7 years. As project manager Nick estimates projects and manages them to completion. Nick’s skills and experience has enabled him to complete a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects on time and within budget. A logical and practical approach is ensured with each one of Nick’s projects.  A face for the future of Re-Construction industries that is a valuable asset for the present.

Stan Johnson- Project manager Re-Construction Industries;

     Mr. Johnson has been with RCI for over 14 years and has over 42 years construction experience and is an expert in the field of roofing and concrete. Putting his specialty abilities to task daily and providing a valuable asset to RCI and their client partners. Stan is an established leader in the commercial roofing division of the company and is a valued project manager in all types of construction.
